The Colt M1991A1 COMMANDER is chambered in .45 ACP. It is essentially a shortened version of its big brother that features a 4.25" barrel instead of the full size 5", which is the standard 1911 length. Back in the 90's, this was Colt's entry level offering into their line of 1911 pistols. These were great guns with updated internal safety feature, the internal firing pin block. It was developed as a drop safety mechanism to minimize the risk of the gun unintentionally discharging if it was dropped or the hammer slipped when the trigger isn't depressed. It is in good condition overall with some minor handling marks. It comes as pictured with 3 Colt magazines, owner manual and hard case. Manufactured in 1994.

If the firearm does not function properly on arrival, we will attempt to repair by a certified gunsmith or the factory. If proper repairs cannot be made, we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover any of the following:
-Modifications done to the firearm or aftermarket parts.
-Neglect or Abuse
-Damage caused by carelessness, reloaded or handloaded ammunition, tampering, drops etc.
